Logo Insights from Forbes' Top 100 Brands
For logo enthusiasts, Forbes Magazine's list of the 100 most valuable brand names is a treasure trove. Around 15% of logos are minimalistic squares, while circles dominate the automotive industry, conveying fluidity. Animals feature in 11 logos, with horses leading. Surprisingly, only a third of logos rely solely on brand names or initials. Notable exceptions include Apple, Audi, McDonald’s, Nike, Starbucks, and Shell. Notably, the trick to logo-name association might be naming the brand after a recognizable object.
